- Proven program leadership across full product lifecycle for hardware and software releases.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management with technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall release methodologies and large-scale SDLC practices.
- Ability to define strategy, track KPIs, and drive decisions across distributed teams and vendors.
- Financial planning experience for engineering programs (CapEx oversight).
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent, complex programs and direct reports (Technical Program Managers), setting strategy, tracking KPIs, and communicating status to executives.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, vendors, and partners to identify dependencies and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and scale processes for operational excellence that improve consistency and speed to market for releases.
- Own product quality and delivery across the SDLC, incorporate customer feedback, and ensure field success.
- Oversee CapEx planning and program financials, including spend tracking and forecasting.
- Support career development and growth of direct reports, hiring and mentoring TPMs as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required.
