Responsibilities
- Report to the Regional Operations Director and Medical Director and support their administrative needs
- Run day-to-day practice operations with emphasis on hospital growth initiatives
- Lead and coach staff focused on client growth and retention (health reminders, forward booking, rescheduling, online reviews)
- Collaborate with Marketing Lead to implement and track marketing campaigns
- Ensure delivery of premium, white-glove client service across team
- Support resolution of staff conflicts and serve as a point of escalation
- Manage scheduling, data tracking, and practice management system workflows
- Identify opportunity areas, develop action plans, and drive execution
- Maintain accurate operational and performance data for leadership review
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- Relevant management training or certifications are a plus
