We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our global marketing and communications team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and systems, and is eager to learn the inner workings of a high-performing marketing organization. You’ll play a key role in keeping programs running smoothly behind the scenes, with a strong focus on budget tracking, purchase order processes, and operational coordination.
This global position spans multiple sectors including K–12, HED, and workplace and involves close collaboration with a diverse team of channel marketing, brand, campaign, communications, and digital professionals. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, organized, resourceful, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven team that values precision, agility, and teamwork.
Base Range: $56,300- $70,400 + Bonus Eligible
For business reasons, Promethean does not employ individuals who work remotely in San Francisco, San Jose or Oakland.
