- Proven content development for digital platforms (email, web, presentations, microsites)
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva iRep workflows
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing and regulated environments
- Ability to create audience-appropriate messaging for HCPs and access stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with designers/developers
- Competency in annotating and sourcing references
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and SEO (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain native content for digital channels including announcement and field emails, Veeva iRep presentations, digital guides, microsites/websites
- Manage references and annotations to ensure regulatory and brand compliance
- Participate in discovery, design, and development phases to shape content strategy and messaging
- Collaborate daily with Agile team members (Content Designer, stakeholders, vendors) to deliver timely work
- Provide proactive recommendations on content strategy and legal review risks
- Attend client and team meetings and serve on client review committee
- Research and problem-solve quickly during development to implement creative, interactive solutions
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in copywriting, communications, journalism, or related field (required)
- Relevant continuing education or certifications in digital content, healthcare communications, or Veeva is a plus
