Professional Services Manager

Postman is the leading API platform empowering millions of developers and organizations globally. They seek a Professional Services Manager to lead and scale a high-performing professional services team, design scalable service offerings, and drive operational efficiency to support their mission of simplifying the API lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop and scale a globally distributed Professional Services team aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with Sales and Technical Pre-Sales to scope engagements and define success criteria.
Build packaged service offerings with Customer Engineering, Sales, and Product teams.
Define pricing, packaging, branding, and sales playbooks for services go-to-market.
Align service offerings with overall customer maturity framework.
Hire, train, and mentor Solution Architects and Consultants to optimize onboarding.
Implement KPIs, playbooks, and best practices to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing.
Establish documentation and processes to align Professional Services with other teams.
Develop repeatable service models scalable via partner delivery ecosystems.
Identify and activate strategic delivery partners.
Continuously improve service delivery quality and scalability.
Provide financial reporting including booking, revenue, and utilization.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
