Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and needs
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
- Create process flows and data models to support solution design
- Support UAT by developing test cases, validating results, and assisting with user training
- Partner with project managers, developers, QA, and other teams through the SDLC
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments and recommend enhancements
- Monitor project outcomes and identify opportunities for future optimization
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with managers and end users
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
