Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C2BMC Development Engineer to join our team! In this role you will become a member of the Parsons’ TEAMS NEXT support staff supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Development organization. This assignment requires a seasoned professional with a detailed understanding of cost, schedule, and performance management of major DoD development programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide program management support with cost, schedule, and performance management supporting the C2BMC Product Development Office
Provide budgetary planning and budget execution tracking support of program office development projects to include POM development
Develop enhanced C2BMC budget, program requirements, and acquisition plans coordination with Combatant Commands, Outside Government Agencies, and Services
Support the design, development, integration, and fielding of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Command and Control, Battle Management Communications (C2BMC) products
Coordinate inter-agency funding requirements with organizations external to MDA
Support the DCCD PM and Deputy PM with all PPBS/POM efforts regarding the C2BMC Development program
Provide engineering, technical, and project management expertise to MDA/DCCD to support development, integration, test and fielding of C2BMC capabilities
Facilitate working groups and technical interchange meetings
Draft/brief information/decision papers/briefings and staff coordination packages for senior leadership
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Master's degree in STEM field and 12+ years of relevant experience
Active Secret security clearance
Program management experience regarding cost, schedule, and performance
Agile Development experience
Understanding of the requirements review and design review process
Experience with large-scale DoD development programs

MDA experience
