As a Software Engineer within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

As a Software Engineer in one of the crews working in Capital Markets, or Risk Management, your strong programming and problem solving skills will help enhance the technology platforms and tools that are used by thousands of users. We are looking for Java full stack developers, with a particular emphasis on database management (Oracle, SQL, Hadoop); Back-end development (API) and messaging services

Job Description

• Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Writes code, tests and deploys software.
• Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
• Maintains and debugs software.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $132,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
