Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include administering stock plans, responding to employee queries, preparing compensation reconciliations, cash forecasts, and overseeing cash disbursements.
Skills: Advanced knowledge of equity management systems and Excel, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
Qualifications: A Master's degree in accounting or finance is preferred along with at least 8 years of equivalent experience or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
Location: This is a remote position within the USA, but candidates near Draper, UT or Westlake/Dallas, TX may be required to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
Compensation: $86300 - $120000 / Annually

Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this role is $86,300 - $120,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
