- Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience and SDLC best practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a scrum team of full-stack web engineers; mentor and support career development
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with Product, other engineering teams, partners, and stakeholders to define scope and timelines
- Drive architecture and design decisions; stay hands-on with code reviews and technical direction
- Implement and improve Agile processes, engineering best practices, and repeatable delivery patterns
- Ensure operational reliability including participation in on-call rotation for production systems
- Translate business and product goals into technical execution and repeatable processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field required
- Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
