Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Network Engineer. The Network Engineer is responsible for configuring, monitoring, and optimizing the organization's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure across all Agency locations in the Los Angeles area. The role is focused on network security management, design, governance, and change management in an Enterprise healthcare organization. This position ensures reliable, secure, and scalable network services, with a particular emphasis on LAN and WAN technologies, Network Access Control, PAN and Juniper network systems, network monitoring solutions such as SolarWinds Orion, and Aruba wireless technology. The Network Engineer coordinates all ISP solutions and configurations across all sites focusing on high-availability and redundancy and plays a key role in safeguarding patient care by ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, while continuously improving network operations to meet the needs of the organization. Key performance indicators for this role are directly tied to network uptime.
