Sr. Director, Professional Services - America

Ping Identity is a leading provider of intelligent cloud identity solutions focused on secure and seamless digital experiences. They are seeking a strategic Senior Director of Professional Services for the Americas to lead service delivery, drive revenue growth, and foster team excellence.

Skills

Strong leadership and organizational development skills.
Experience managing partner ecosystems and co-delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication with executive clients.
Ability to drive measurable improvements in margin, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in pre-sales enablement and services proposal management.
Familiarity with identity and access management, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with regional Sales leadership to align services and sales strategies.
Engage in pre-sales activities to scope engagements and drive professional services bookings.
Lead creation of service proposals, statements of work, and staffing strategies for complex enterprise deals.
Develop and execute a partner-first delivery strategy ensuring quality and operational excellence.
Own delivery success across Americas meeting utilization, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
Drive scalable and repeatable delivery models to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
Participate in global programs to enhance delivery and onboarding initiatives.
Manage and mentor a diverse team of delivery managers and consultants fostering collaboration and career growth.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Advanced education in relevant fields preferred.
