The Role
We are hiring a Law Firm Operations Associate to join our Delivery team. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between Apperio and the law firms that support our corporate clients. Your goal is to ensure successful onboarding, high-quality data delivery, and strong working relationships with law firm stakeholders. This role is ideal for an early-career professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding processes for law firms, starting with observation and co-leading, then managing several simultaneously
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm contacts across IT and legal leadership
- Configure law firm platforms and curate data for accurate and timely delivery
- Guide law firms through Apperio’s functionality and early adoption
- Troubleshoot data or onboarding issues and collaborate with internal teams to unblock delays
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and educational materials for law firms
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–3 years in a professional services or operations role
- Excellent communication skills with comfort engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use tools like Excel or SQL (preferred)
- A passion for solving complex problems and a growth-oriented mindset
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US
- Remote (US) or on-site in NYC
