Pegasus University is the platform we use for the training and development of our associates who work at one of our communities or who provide support and services at the home office. Our High-Velocity Training Courses at Pegasus University provide our associates with core essentials, best practices, and advanced techniques, via one-on-one training, online courses and classroom-style workshops. The educational goals of Pegasus University are to provide timely training (that incorporate and correlate to our performance standards) and to offer practical "how-to" instruction. Our curriculum is specifically designed to increase confidence, competence, efficiency and to maximize effectiveness.
