Role Overview
We are seeking for a creative and fast-moving Short Form Content Editor to turn long-form and raw footage into high-performing clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms. You’ll be responsible for identifying engaging 15–60 second moments, enhancing them with captions, motion graphics, and overlays, and distributing them across various high-visibility channels.
This role is central to the brand’s content strategy and clipping initiative. You’ll work with internal footage and user-generated content (UGC) to create videos that drive viral organic reach. If you’re passionate about storytelling, thrive under quick turnarounds, and know how to make content pop on social media, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
-Review internal long-form footage, livestreams, podcasts, and user-generated content to identify the most engaging moments for short-form use
-Edit high-quality short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other vertical content platforms
-Enhance videos with captions, transitions, sound design, overlays, and motion graphics to maximize storytelling and engagement
-Manage a high volume of fast-turnaround edits while maintaining consistent quality and brand alignment
-Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Community teams to ensure content supports broader brand and campaign goals
-Monitor trends in short-form video, emerging editing styles, and popular audio to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive
-Prepare and format clips for distribution across secondary pages, fan accounts, and partner channels to amplify reach
Must Have :
-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful short-form content
-Demonstrated experience creating for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with a solid grasp of platform-specific trends, best practices, and algorithm dynamics
-Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet tight deadlines
-Strong creative instincts for pacing, framing, and visual storytelling tailored to short-form formats
-Comfortable collaborating across teams and receiving constructive feedback in a fast-paced, creative environment
-Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and resourceful in navigating a constantly evolving content landscape
