Responsibilities
- Investigate issues in Amazon accounts, such as incorrect fees or missing payments
- Analyze reports, transactions, and data to identify errors or discrepancies
- Summarize findings in clear documents and spreadsheets
- Assist the team in resolving client account issues
- Learn how Amazon’s financial systems work and build a deep understanding over time
- Propose potential causes or solutions when something doesn’t look right
Who You Are
- Analytical and curious, with a strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks or problems at once
- A clear communicator who can summarize findings and ask good questions
- Comfortable with data and eager to build technical skills over time
- Self-motivated and able to stay focused on long or complex problems
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and data science, operations, or data-related roles
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and formatting
- A track record of being organized, thorough, and reliable
- Willingness to learn Amazon systems and ask thoughtful follow-up questions
Bonus Experience
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central
- Exposure to audits, reconciliations, or account troubleshooting
- Previous work with eCommerce or consumer brands
- Unlimited Paid Time Off (after 3 months probation)
