As our Senior Director, Engineering, at Music Brands you'll be a key leader, guiding and growing a team of approximately 15 across product engineering, SaaS platform, and data engineering. Our Music Brands business comprises multiple product lines and we need someone who can expertly balance hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, focusing on system health, reliable delivery, technical maintainability, and technology stack optimization. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of elevating engineering standards and fostering talent.

Compensation
Peaksware/MakeMusic is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual compensation range for this role in Colorado is $154,087 - $256,811. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
This role is eligible for variable compensation, including bonus.
