The Position:

As the Chief of Staff at Panorama Eyecare, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver the best eyecare. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values Partnership, Engagement, Excellence, and Stewardship. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project-based deliverables across a wide range of areas within clinical and platform operations. This high impact role will serve as the in-house project management expert and demands a dynamic individual with strong business acumen to drive collaboration and accountability while raising the standard of leadership.

This role reports to Chief Operating Officer and partners closely with the Executive Team to successfully manage projects and meet operational, financial and people strategy targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with executive leadership to support the formulation and execution of operational plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage key projects and initiatives, from inception to completion. Coordinate and communicate project timelines, deliverables, and progress across relevant teams while holding the teams accountable.
  • Serves as an extension of executive leadership, managing internal and external stakeholders, providing operational insights, and takes ownership to solve problems.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and streamlined processes. Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and updates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and advisors.
  • Utilize experience to analyze data, and market trends, to provide operational insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration between different departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and various teams to streamline processes and align efforts.
  • Assist in driving organizational change initiatives by ensuring smooth transitions, managing communication, and addressing potential challenges.
  • Train and coach team members across the organization building their strategic thinking and business toolkit.
  • Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Performance/Skills Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and projects; ability to lead and influence without authority.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels with team members across the organization.
  • Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and energetic work style; process improvement mindset with creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.

Education/Certifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in management consulting or project management.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Private equity and healthcare experience preferred.

Additional Job Details

  • This is a Full-Time position at 40 hours a week.
  • Candidate must reside in the Denver or Fort Collins area.
  • Compensation for this role will be $90,000-$130,000 based on certifications/experience.
