Job Summary
As a Product Manager focused on NGFW operations and device lifecycle management, your primary responsibility is to conceptualize, gather feedback from customers and partners, and guide the development of features that simplify the device lifecycle management of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, user experience, marketing, and sales to drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that solve customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and use cases related to NGFW operations and device lifecycle management through market research and direct customer engagement.
Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and detailed feature requirements for your area of ownership.
Proactively collaborate with UX, engineering, and other product teams to deliver high-quality, automated, and optimized solutions that address customer needs.
Partner with product marketing to create compelling messaging, sales enablement tools, and marketing content that clearly articulates product value.
Engage directly with customers, partners, and sales engineering teams to gather feedback, validate requirements, and evangelize the product vision.
Work with technical marketing and support teams to train field personnel, manage beta programs, and act as a subject matter expert for customer escalations.
Analyze product data and market trends to make informed decisions, simplify complex problems, and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of direct product management experience in an enterprise technology environment.
Proven experience in one or more of the following domains: Network Security, Networking, Network Management, or Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
Demonstrated ability to gather and translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing and configuring NGFW devices, including the full device lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioning.
Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with overlapping project deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions.

Product Management - To stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is and how to anticipate the changes we’re facing. For the fastest-growing cybersecurity company, the curve is the evolution of cyberattacks and the products and services that proactively address them. Our Product Management team helps us do just that. This team provides the behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information for our Systems Engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in and helping to implement technical solutions based on our clients' feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $148,700 - $240,500/YR.
