Skills
- Product strategy and roadmap development

Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration, owning roadmap and KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to build advisor-facing tools and platforms.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate advisor and stakeholder requirements into clear sprint-ready specifications.
- Run user testing, collect feedback, and iterate to improve usability and advisor satisfaction.
- Work with third-party vendors, influence their roadmaps, and manage integrations and API relationships.
- Instrument and measure product performance; use data to guide decisions and continuous improvements.
- Identify operational process improvements and propose technology-driven solutions.
- Integrate AI and machine learning features into advisor workflows to drive recommendations and efficiency.
- Communicate product status, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a data-driven, collaborative product culture.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications or coursework in product management, data analytics, or financial services are a plus
