PadSplit is hiring a Vice President of Member Growth to accelerate the growth of our member marketplace while strengthening the end-to-end experience for the people who rely on PadSplit to find affordable housing. This role is responsible for increasing active member adoption, improving retention, and building a sustainable, organic growth engine that supports long-term marketplace health. As a mission-critical leader, this role directly shapes how we scale impact, one room at a time.
