About PacerPro
PacerPro is a legal technology company that streamlines litigation workflows. Our platform delivers court filings to attorneys and staff within minutes, organizes case information, and integrates seamlessly with document management systems like iManage and NetDocuments. We partner with many of the world’s largest law firms, helping legal professionals stay informed so they can focus on what they do best — practicing law.
The Role
We are seeking a Junior Marketing/Visual Designer to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer early in their career, eager to learn. You will work closely with the Director of Design to support marketing, sales, and internal design initiatives. Your work will help shape how PacerPro is seen by clients, prospects, and partners — from our website to sales decks to event collateral.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills while making a tangible impact in a fast-paced SaaS company.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Marketing/Visual Designer, you will:
Marketing & Campaign Design
Create graphics for email campaigns, webinars, and social media.
Design visuals for thought leadership content, blog posts, and whitepapers.
Sales Enablement Support
Help produce polished sales decks, one-pagers, and product sheets.
Update and maintain branded templates for the sales team.
Website & Digital
Assist with updates to the company website (graphics, layouts, landing pages).
Create digital assets optimized for engagement and conversions.
Brand Stewardship
Apply and maintain PacerPro’s brand guidelines consistently across all materials.
Help expand our library of icons, illustrations, and marketing visuals.
Event & Collateral Support
Design visuals for conferences, sponsorships, and client events.
Support creation of handouts, signage, and swag design.
Internal & Leadership Support
Assist in preparing branded visuals for board decks, all-hands presentations, and recruiting materials.
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Learn how design connects to business goals and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of professional design experience (internships, freelance, or first full-time role).
Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Basic understanding of responsive digital design for web and mobile.
Ability to create clean, modern, brand-aligned visuals.
Comfortable working with templates and guidelines, but eager to contribute new ideas.
Curious, adaptable, and open to feedback — you’ll be learning on the job.
Organized and able to manage multiple small projects at once.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or legal technology.
Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace).
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience in a wide range of marketing and visual design projects.
Exposure to a fast-growing SaaS company serving leading global law firms.
Opportunities to learn about brand strategy, UX/UI, and design systems.
A collaborative environment where your work will be seen and used by clients, prospects, and internal leadership.
Why Join PacerPro?
Be part of a small, nimble team where your work has an immediate impact.
Learn how design connects to real-world business outcomes.
Help transform the legal industry through technology and design.
Competitive compensation, flexible remote work, and a supportive team culture.
How to Apply
Send us your resume and a link to your portfolio (student work, internships, freelance, or personal projects are all welcome). We’re more interested in your eye for design and ability to grow than a long resume.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
