Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate resident nursing care and daily clinical activities
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families and multi-disciplinary team members
- Provide physical and psychological support to residents and families
- Communicate with dignity, respect and compassion for elders
- Promote resident autonomy and facilitate resident-centered decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
- Deliver high-quality service consistent with Otterbein values
Education
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
