The Senior Finance Manager will lead critical accounting and finance functions in support of the Delivery business unit, with a primary focus on the Next Generation Delivery Vehicle (NGDV) contract. This role will focus on strengthening the company’s control framework, providing technical accounting expertise, and supporting plant finance operations through process standardization, compliance, and financial accuracy. The role will also contribute to cross-segment initiatives as needed.
The position Oshkosh, Wisconsin or Spartanburg, South Carolina, with consideration for remote work depending on candidate qualifications.

Pay Range:
$117,000.00 - $202,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
