Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Broker Experience to join our Product team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
About the role:
Brokers play a uniquely powerful role in our members’ health insurance experience. They don’t just help with enrollment—they influence choices, payments, digital adoption, and care engagement throughout the year. We’re investing in a modern broker platform that enables brokers to be even more effective partners and advisors.
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will define the future of broker engagement at our company, using technology to align broker incentives, enhance education and insight delivery, and shape member behaviors that improve financial stability and health outcomes.
You will report into a Group Product Manager.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
