Position Overview
The Manager of Operations will join the small but mighty Operations Team and will report to the VP of Operations & Finance. The Operations Team works in service of all other teams at OnYourMark; their goal is to provide the foundation across teams to ensure the organization is set up for success. The Manager of Operations is a new position at OnYourMark, and is finance-forward with a side of general operations. The Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing our day to day financial operations, while simultaneously overhauling and improving our systems and processes to support long-term efficiency and sustainability. This role combines financial planning, accounting, project management, strategic systems thinking, and a service-oriented mindset.
