Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned key wholesale accounts, delivering proactive, value-added service and strategic communication.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive order books, proactively identifying risks and aligning with Sales and AS Leadership.
- Process advanced orders and allocations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated ERP/CRM systems.
- Manage warehouse escalations (cancellations, delays, inventory issues) in collaboration with warehouse leads.
- Drive recurring order book reporting, perform high-level audits, and surface critical issues to leadership.
- Lead and participate in operational projects to streamline processes (e.g., RTV improvements, post-sell-in audits).
- Coordinate with AR/Finance for account settings, chargebacks, and invoicing-related escalations.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve fill rates and overall account experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
- Relevant professional experience may substitute for formal degree
