I had a very positive recruitment experience with Omio. They were always quick with feedback and scheduling interviews. Something I really liked was how they always told me when to expect the next update, so I never felt like I was left hanging. I also really enjoyed my interviews with senior leaders at the company, which is a big green flag. It felt like they genuinely took the time to connect on a personal level, which is such a big motivator for any job. FWIW Paul is hands down the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with, and that’s coming from someone who didn’t even get the job the first time I applied!Cons
There were lots of rounds, but again, I wasn't successful the first time I applied so I probably ended up doing more rounds than usual.
