Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for design, direction and execution of strategic operations initiatives ( potentially within more than one OhioHealth site) in Support Services (which may include Environmental Services, Patient Transport and/or Parking), care site specific alignment, and will manage complex, hospital-wide projects with a focus on reducing short and long term operational costs without workforce implications and improving patient care. The Business Operations Manager for Support Services is responsible for oversite of budgeting, customer service, facility, and equipment purchases, and ensuring that best practices are executed. Management functions include planning; organizing; staffing; directing and controlling all activities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of high-quality services and patient / visitor satisfaction.Responsibilities And Duties:
