Skills
- Proficient with C#, ASP.NET MVC and .NET development patterns
- Strong SQL Server skills and ability to troubleshoot database issues
- Experience deploying and operating applications in Azure
- Competent front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Proven ability to debug full-stack issues across application and DB layers
- Clear written and verbal English communication for collaborating with founder and team
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver new features using the Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure)
- Maintain, debug, and optimize the existing codebase for performance and stability
- Investigate and resolve production bugs and technical issues (no frontline support queue ownership)
- Collaborate directly with the founder/CTO on product priorities, architecture, and technical direction
- Perform occasional UI work using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap
- Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews
- Own end-to-end implementation from application logic to database when applicable
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 4+ years professional experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment

- $2,500–$3,100 monthly salary (paid by Offshore Launch)
- Annual bonus up to 150% of monthly salary, including a $500 bonus at 90 days
