ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Fullerton, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea, OnDemandChina, OnDemandViet, and Amasian TV. It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.
We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join the Product Management team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about streaming technology and delivering engaging user experiences. As our Product Manager, you will help define and execute the OTT product roadmap, delivering seamless, innovative experiences across mobile, web, and CTV. You'll bridge user needs, business goals, and engineering to drive platform growth and success.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Define and drive product roadmap and strategy for OTT streaming services across multiple platforms.
● Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
● Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
● Align with marketing and content teams on go-to-market plans and feature launches.
● Lead product discovery, A/B testing, and iterative UX improvements.
● Monitor product performance through KPIs, usage data, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
● Ensure compliance with technical and platform guidelines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred in computer science, engineering, product design, business management, or related field of study or equivalent experience.
● Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in product management, preferably in OTT, media, or consumer-facing digital products.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
● Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
● Proven track record of delivering scalable and engaging products to market.
● Must be able to work on-site in our Fullerton office Monday through Friday. We are offering a hybrid schedule, but may be subject to change.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Strong understanding of video streaming technologies, content delivery, and user engagement best practices.
● Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Pragmatic Institute are a plus.
● Experience managing cross-platform applications (mobile, web, CTV).
● Bilingual speakers in Korean and English are preferred but not required.

ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
