Responsibilities: The Lead Systems Engineer will lead technical staff, manage hardware environments, analyze and design software systems, and improve development procedures while participating in architectural reviews and testing.
Skills: Expertise in software development, project management, and technical leadership with proficiency in programming techniques and problem-solving within existing systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5-8 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is desired but not required.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.
