Want to be part of the team that empowers NVIDIA's technical experts to revolutionize AI? We are looking for a hardworking and strategic Solution Architect with a passion for education and enablement to join our Solutions Architecture and Engineering (SAE) team. This role focuses on scaling the effectiveness of our global technical teams, ensuring they are equipped to help our customers and partners build the future of AI. As the SAE Training Lead, you will be central for our internal team technical training programs. You will focus on driving quality and efficiency with high-impact training content, aligning our technical messages with broader product and company strategy, and driving awareness across our global SAE organization. This is a unique opportunity to build the skills and expertise of the world's leading AI architects.
What you'll be doing:
Our day-to-day work is about driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions for a highly technical audience. This position goes beyond giving presentations; you will actively participate in the technology and collaborate with the individuals involved in its creation and implementation.
Develop and lead a global SAE technical training strategy, de-duplicating efforts across the organization to create a unified, efficient learning path.
Function as the primary liaison for adjacent teams like corporate enablement, customer training, certification, and product teams, to maintain consistent communication and exchange of resources.
Support in producing outstanding technical training materials using firsthand knowledge for presentations, labs, and resources.
Coordinate and consolidate training events globally, working with regional SA leads, the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN), and OEM teams to optimize travel and resources.
Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness. You will "QA" our training, track feedback, and define measurable results to continuously improve content and delivery.
Assist in the management and execution of SAE-led training initiatives, from curriculum design and logistics to post-event analysis and reporting.
What we need to see:
BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong foundational expertise working with AI/HPC solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.
8+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Marketing, combined with proven experience in a technical training, enablement, or teaching role.
Experience with a broad range of tools and technologies used by NVIDIA, from data center, system, networking, and cluster management tools through virtualization, containerization, and orchestration tools, and even HPC and AI applications. Practical knowledge in these areas is crucial for excelling in this position.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, understandable content for an engaged audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Demonstrated expertise in program management, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional, global initiatives.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), content creation tools, or video production.
History of creating and delivering successful "Train the Trainer" programs.
Strong coding and debugging skills, including experience with Python, C/C++, Bash, and Linux utilities.
Hands-on experience with a wide array of NVIDIA's tools including our compute and networking hardware, AI Factory deployment software stack, and other developing solutions as well as public speaking experience at industry conferences or large technical events.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
