We are now looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our Academic Programs team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with multi-functional stakeholders to operate NVIDIA programs for researchers and educators

  • Design, implement, and execute scalable processes for timely fulfillment of research grants, review of grant applications, budget tracking, and reporting

  • Manage logistics of hardware shipments and cloud onboarding in fulfillment systems

  • Interface directly with prospective and awarded researchers through our support inbox to triage issues, provide program updates and reminders, and connect them to the right resources

  • Coordinate technical experts reviewing grant applications, monitor progress against program timelines and follow up as needed

  • Craft user documentation and flow diagrams to enable self-serve processes and program scalability

  • Support quality assurance testing using Salesforce Sales Cloud and other technology platforms used by external customers

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher with 3+ years of demonstrated project management and operations experience

  • You are proactive, strategic, hands-on, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems independently

  • Proven experience using a mix of project management and operational skills to partner with internal and external customers

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets

  • Strong affinity for organization and an obsession with data integrity

  • Track record of successfully working in global, cross-functional, and remote teams to build relationships and drive tangible results

  • Superb communication, decision-making, and influencing abilities

  • Able to see the big picture while identifying and resolving areas for improvement

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Passion for bringing the latest resources in AI, 3D, and scientific computing to the academic community   

  • PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 2, and 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD for Level 3.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
