We seek a Director to develop the roadmap for our developer tools, SDKs, and platforms, facilitating intuitive GPU programming. What you'll be doing:
Drive product strategy for developer tools, SDKs, and platforms that **improve** developer efficiency across AI, HPC, and graphics workflows
Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technical writers, encouraging rapid experimentation and user-centric development
Collaborate with our developer community by engaging directly and using data-driven insights to uncover difficulties and **develop** impactful product roadmaps
Collaborate with engineering leadership to balance technical feasibility with market demands, making prioritization decisions that improve developer adoption
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through launch, establishing metrics and feedback loops that drive continuous improvement
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience
15+ overall years of product management experience with five years leading developer-focused products or platforms
8 years of Direct People Management Experience.
Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience, preferably in GPU computing, ML frameworks, or HPC
Proven track record building and scaling developer ecosystems with sophisticated technical products
Experience leading high-performing product teams and aligning collaborators across engineering, marketing, and business functions
Demonstrating strong analytical abilities by using data for product decision-making and measuring developer engagement
Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on parallel computing or AI/ML systems
Direct experience shipping developer tools or SDKs for CUDA, TensorRT, or other GPU-accelerated frameworks
Background in developer advocacy, technical evangelism, or building active developer communities
Track record launching products that achieved significant adoption with measurable impact on developer productivity
Experience in open-source software leadership or contributions to major developer ecosystems

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD for Level 5, and 340,000 USD - 517,500 USD for Level 6.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
