A. 8–12 years of experience in product management or technical product roles, with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling API/platform products for developer users (excluding “wallet specialist only” backgrounds).
B. Significant technical depth: prior experience as a software engineer and/or a degree in computer science (or equivalent). Ability to “speak engineer” and work closely with technical counterparts is mandatory.
C. Proven success shipping products for developers—ideally developer infrastructure, dev tools, Web3/blockchain, or complex API ecosystems.
D. Experience building crypto products (preferred), especially in developer-facing or blockchain infrastructure roles.
E. Strong product sense, execution skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, iterative environments.
F. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and market curiosity—especially regarding crypto, blockchain, and emerging tech.
