Responsibilities
- Carry out client invoicing in line with varying and tight deadlines.
- Update contracts within the Oracle system ensuring accuracy to commercial terms.
- Provide status updates on projects to stakeholders.
- Assist with project reconciliations alongside client services teams.
- Support Aged Debtor and Accrued Income reconciliation activities.
- Ensure timely processing of time movements in Oracle for reconciliations.
- Manage client invoicing trackers and assist with related financial documentation.
- Deliver training on financial compliance, procedures, and Oracle system usage.
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the working capital team.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with internal firewalls.
Education
- Relevant accounting or finance educational background preferred.
