- Skilled in designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask and Django.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
- Understanding of scalable, performance-oriented design.
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integration flows to third-party services using various APIs.
- Collaborate on code reviews to maintain technical standards for integrations.
- Work with Customer Success to align integrations with customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during customer integrations.
- Design and build elegant, user-friendly user interfaces end-to-end.
- Ensure site reliability and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Product teams on client requests and new features.
- Lead, mentor, and guide less experienced engineers.
- Design and build systems focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
Education
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
