Customer Support Lead, JobRobotix

JobRobotix, a Nomad Health subsidiary, builds middleware (JobSource) that connects staffing agencies to vendor management systems and ATS platforms. We are seeking a Customer Support Lead to be the primary customer-facing expert for JobRobotix products — configuring implementations, troubleshooting integrations, training customers, and owning day-to-day support operations to deliver 5-star service.

Skills

  • Proven technical support troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small startup environment with ambiguity
  • Basic understanding of MFA, OAuth, or SSO flows
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to run simple queries
  • Experience using tools such as Postman, cURL, or PowerShell to debug API integrations
  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to create and maintain support documentation and run support performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on all JobRobotix products and configurations
  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via phone, email, and support platform
  • Train customers on product usage and best practices during onboarding and ongoing support
  • Provision new customer accounts and assist with account configuration and connections to 3rd-party software
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues, run simple SQL queries, and analyze spreadsheets/reports
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate connections with third-party systems
  • Escalate product bugs to Engineering and coordinate cross-functional follow-up
  • Partner with Account Management and the General Manager to build self-service docs and track support metrics

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted
  • High school diploma or GED required as a minimum
  • Relevant technical or product certifications are a plus (optional)
