Head of Production, Events

No Curfew is a Los Angeles-based media and entertainment company building new formats at the intersection of live experiences, culture, and creative technology. We are currently seeking a Head of Production, Events, who will play a pivotal role in bringing our innovative events to life. This leader will oversee the entire production process, from conceptualization through execution, ensuring each event aligns with our vision and exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live event production, a passion for creative technology, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading a dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of live events from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop unique event formats that embody the No Curfew brand.
  • Oversee the production budget, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
  • Manage the production team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards during all events.
  • Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and utilize feedback for future improvements.
  • Proven experience in event production, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of live event logistics, technical requirements, and creative processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
  • A passion for culture, creativity, and emerging technologies within the entertainment industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Event Management, Production, or Communications.
