Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with preferred qualifications including CAPM or PMP Certification and 2-4 years of experience in system analysis or software implementation, ideally in SaaS or ERP.

Compensation: $50000 - $55000 / Annually

This role ensures seamless onboarding experience through testing, training, and ongoing support, while also driving process improvements and collaborating across departments. The position is critical to successful client adoption and ongoing satisfaction, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
**Pay Range for this role is - $50,000 - $55,000
