We’re looking for a hands-on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Facilities Manager to build and lead our compliance, safety, and facilities management program as we scale our robotics manufacturing, construction, and warehouse operations, while also overseeing the maintenance and infrastructure of our facilities.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup — comfortable designing programs, training teams, and being on the warehouse and factory floor to ensure best practices are lived every day. This individual will establish and maintain comprehensive EHS programs, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, manage safety for construction and grid installations, and promote a proactive safety culture across the company. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role that partners with manufacturing, fulfillment operations, construction, and robotic service teams to drive operational excellence and a culture of safety.
