Ivalua Functional Analyst (Ivalua L2, L3 Certified) – Contract Position
As an Ivalua Functional Analyst (Ivalua L2, L3 Certified), you will be instrumental in the support of Ivalua procurement solutions for our client. This role requires a deep understanding of Ivalua's suite of products, combined with the ability to drive processes and strategy improvements in source-to-pay (S2P) services. We are candidates with configuration skills and certified in Ivalua. This contract position is 100% Remote. The end date on the project is December 2027.
Ivalua Functional Analyst Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement functional solutions on the Ivalua platform using Ivalua and procurement leading practices.
- Execute process and strategy improvements related to source-to-pay (S2P) services on the project.
- Facilitate design workshops to identify business and functional requirements per leading practice Ivalua processes and configurations.
- Drive design and documentation of target state processes.
- Serve as a key resource and team member on the project, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Review the work product of team members and provide direction and training as necessary.
- Support development of integration design and architecture.
- Provide guidance and support on platform related testing and break-fix activities.
- Support development of test scripts and testing of configured systems.
- Lead/Support Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Provide documentation and analysis support.
Ivalua Functional Analyst Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with source-to-pay (S2P) processes and the Ivalua procurement technology.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, operations analysis, or a related field from an accredited college/university; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience with enabling Ivalua procurement applications, especially SRM/Supplier Portal, RFx, Requisition, (Purchase) Order, Invoice, and Workflow.
- Ivalua L2 and L3 certifications are required.
- Strong data analysis and process mapping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- SQL certification preferred.
Ivalua Functional Analyst Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing procurement best practices on Ivalua and/or other procurement platforms.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL, scripting, and programming languages relevant to Ivalua configurations.
- Intermediate proficiency in developing Ivalua solutions for SRM/Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Contract Management, RFx, Requisition, (Purchase) Order, Invoice, and Workflow.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
