Product Designer
NeoWork is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in bringing our consumer packaged goods (CPG) and beauty products to life through compelling packaging, product visuals, and innovation support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create packaging layouts, develop product renders, and contribute to the ideation of new scents, flavors, and collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop graphical packaging layouts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and manage die lines for packaging across multiple formats and SKUs.
- Produce high-quality product renders for presentations, marketing, and e-commerce.
- Collaborate on new product ideation, including concepts for scents, flavors, or co-branded partnerships.
- Work closely with Product Development and Marketing to translate concepts into visual assets.
- Support revisions, version control, and final artwork delivery for production.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, packaging, or visual design, preferably in the CPG or beauty industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of print production, die line creation, and packaging mechanics.
- Excellent eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain is a plus.
