About the role
Your mission is to perform the quantitative analysis that drives major product decisions, ensuring that our platform delights our hundreds of thousands of mobile users while also generating high-quality data for the world's top AI labs. You will act as a strategic partner to the product team, directly owning the logic that powers our platform, from designing user payout formulas to building automated systems for junk prevention and fraud detection. You will also play a key role in AI data curation, ensuring our datasets meet the high standards required by our partners. We are looking for a builder who works quickly, thrives in ambiguous environments, and can independently tackle unstructured projects to deliver immediate business impact.
You have…
• Authorization to work in the US.
• 3-6 years of experience in data science or analytics. You are fluent in SQL and Python.
• A need for speed. You prefer shipping a solid solution today over a perfect solution next month. You are comfortable iterating based on real-world feedback.
• True product intuition. You care about why we are building something, not just the math behind it. You understand how your models impact the user experience.
• Comfort with chaos. You’re okay taking an unstructured request and turning it into a concrete plan without needing hand-holding.
• Strong communication. You can explain your findings to a founder, an engineer, and potentially clients without hiding behind jargon.
Bonus points
Real startup experience. You’ve been on a small team before and know what it takes to build from 0 to 1.
Marketplace or FinTech background. You’ve helped design incentives, payout logic, or fraud detection systems.
Experience with AI data curation. You’ve worked on data quality, cleaning, or labeling for ML models.
