- Ability to manage multi-location teams and partner interactions
- Expertise in risk analysis and financial margin management
Responsibilities
- Lead concurrent complex projects coordinating onshore/offshore teams and partners
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Mentor junior project managers and foster teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Create detailed project documentation including Jira backlogs, reports, and risk assessments
- Monitor key metrics for schedule adherence, margins, and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate project closure and continuous process improvement
- Co-lead resource planning and collaborate with management for staffing
- Manage financial performance and ensure corporate governance
- Deliver regular status updates and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- PMP, Agile or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
