- Experience with multiple programming languages including Java, .NET, Go, JS, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, Rails, iOS, or Android.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic projects and prioritize focus.
- Experience consulting customers in pre-sales and post-sales roles.
- Familiarity with feature management platforms like LaunchDarkly.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
- Working knowledge of Linux, containers, and virtual machines.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and guide transformative implementations of LaunchDarkly.
- Lead Professional Services engagements to optimize software delivery processes.
- Advise customers on software development best practices and continuous delivery.
- Establish strong technical partnerships and maximize value across clients.
- Identify and resolve technical obstacles to enable efficient value realization.
- Stay current as a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly and industry trends.
- Advocate for customer feedback in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
Education
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field recommended.
