As a researcher in the Nearmap Design team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality user experiences to Nearmap customers. You will help the team deepen their understanding of customers' contexts, motivations, goals, and behaviors. Using a mixed-methods research approach, you will translate evidence-based insights into accessible and actionable stories that inspire the design team to ideate and solve customer problems innovatively. Reporting to the Principal UX Researcher, this remote, full-time permanent position is based in the United States. As a customer advocate, you will inspire change across teams by building empathy through research and delivering excellent user experiences across Nearmap products and services.
