The Director of Institutional Research at Palm Beach State College will lead efforts in data literacy and business intelligence to support institutional goals, manage institutional data, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Responsibilities: Lead a culture of data literacy, manage institutional data, and oversee research reporting. Ensure accuracy of state and federal reports and analyze data related to various institutional metrics.
Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office, statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, Python), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and knowledge of higher education reporting requirements.
Qualifications: Master's degree with six years of relevant research experience, preferably in education; a Doctoral degree and experience in community colleges are preferred.
Location: Lake Worth, Florida, USA. Potential remote options are available.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $125,000.
