  • Manage how insurance costs are allocated across the company.
  • Review and negotiate contracts (both U.S. and international) to make sure insurance requirements are fair and achievable.
  • Handle insurance claims from start to finish—analyzing coverage, investigating issues, and pushing for timely, favorable outcomes.

  • Oversee the department’s budget, including premiums and operational costs.
  • Develop and lead junior team members as needed.

  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or professional certifications (CPCU, ARM, CRM, etc.) are a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in risk management or the insurance industry.
